Review of the registry submission form. Update of the AUC and Risk Models. Many of the changes were made to support IHE profiles.

  • Section C Risk Factors - Added frail, changed smoking to match Meaningful Use Criteria. Diabetes is changed to therapy
  • Section D, PreProcedure Inforation - More test included. CTA Performed has been changed.
