Use of Cardinalities with Sections (example = Interfacility Transport Profile

    • Decided to keep table as is even though S&I Framework will be going to Connectathon with a 2nd HL7 endorsed format of textual explanations.
    • QRPH will need to address this issue later when they are ready
    • We will only use the table structure in this one profile going forward and wait until completion of one connectathon cycle before changing all other profiles to match the table structure
    • Phil will need to review the specific entries in the current table and make sure content is complete and accurate prior to publishing.


Change Proposals

    • CP 107 - had been assigned to Mary, Need to wait for completion of Documentation workgroup before addressing this CP as the decisions from the documentation workgroup may affect the solution for this CP. Request to have the resolution from the Documentation workgroup responds in a timely manner - i.e. by January 2012. Assigned to DWG/Mary/Tone.
    • CP 105 - Section and Entry Cleanup. Assigned to Tone. Will need to be jointly addressed with QRPH. Meeting at 1 today will address some of these issues. May need to be sent back to QRPH for cleanup.
    • CP 104 - Assigned to Keith
    • CP 111 - Assigned to Marcia. An example for fix sent to her by Laura B yesterday. Will leave to Marcia to complete
    • CP 103 - Assigned to Tone. Needs to be incorporated into the TF. Tone will accept all changes and send to Laura Bright.
    • CP 101 - Assigned to Tone. Finished.
    • CP 110 - Assigned to Tone. Proposed solution accepted - Tone will complete
    • CP 100 - Assigned to Mary. Proposed solution is not presented. Needs analysis and determine resolution. Deferred to Documentation Workgroup.
    • CP 98 - Assigned to Keith
    • CP 87 - Assigned to Anne. Needs assistance with finding SnoMed Codes. Several terms seem to no have snomed codes. Anne is crosschecking with QRPH on some of the codes. Will continue working on it.
    • CP 71 - Assigned to Phil and Tone. Has been on the list for 2 years. Does not seem to carry the importance to complete. Will cancel this CP. If it becomes an issue it will come back up.
    • Incoming
      • Multiple Birth Indicator - assigned to Tone. Will be assigned CP 116.
      • Number of Births - assigned to Tone. Will be assigned CP 117.
