Created a color coding which helped them prioritize. Will need a joint pcc discussion during f2f.

Starts 10am CDT on 7/18 and end at 1pm CDT on 7/22
Action: If you have certain days you know you will not be available, Didi will draft up an agenda based on this information. Cannot change agenda during f2f due to committee commitments.
