Rationale

The format code for Antepartum Summary is urn:ihe:pcc:aps:2007. The format codes for the other documents that are part of the Antepartum Record are urn:ihe:pcc:apr:xxx:2008. The APS format code should reflect that it is part of the Antepartum Record and its format code should be changed to this: urn:ihe:pcc:apr:aps:2007.
