  • A1: 8:45am-9:00am Administrative Time
    • Introductions and Agenda Review
  • S1: 9:00am-11:00am: POCUS EBIW Extensions (POCUS)
  • S2: 11:15am-12:15pm: Maintenance
    • CP-RAD-xxx-PREETHI_remove-outOfDate-ReviewOption - assigned to Lynn as CP-RAD-544. Approved as Completed & ready for ballot.
    • CP-RAD-xxx-Refactor-RAD-16-for-Retrieve-reuse - assigned to Lynn as CP-RAD-545; changes will be reviewed later in the week
    • CP-RAD-xxx-Refactor-RAD-30-and-31-for-reuse - assigned to Lynn as CP-RAD-546; changes will be reviewed later in the week
    • CP-RAD-xxx-PREETHI_PDI-Inconsistency in grouping requirements - this CP is related to (a subset of) changes proposed in Assigned CP-RAD-305 (Revise profile dependencies/grouping in Vol 1). We decided to reject Preethi's PDI-specific CP, and Lynn will review the proposed scope and changes and ensure that these are included in CP-RAD-305. We also decided to move forward with this old CP 305 in the coming year.
    • CP-RAD-537 - Misleading definition of Instance-Stored Audit trigger
      • decided to split editorial refactoring changes into new CP-RAD-547 assigned to Lynn. Keep original scope from Bruno in CP-RAD-537; 537 will be dependent on 547 and balloted together.
      • discussed/adjusted refactoring edits.
  • A2: 1:00pm-1:30pm: Administrative Time
    • continue review of CP-RAD-547
  • S3: 1:30pm-3:00pm: AI Results Assessment for Imaging (AIRAI)
    • discussed & clarified use cases
  • S4: 3:15pm-4:45pm: Cross-Community Access for Imaging (XCA-I.b)
  • A3: 4:45pm-5:00pm: Administrative Time
    • Explore idea of RAD Tech adopting work of moving IHE CARD Intravascular Imaging Option for CATH TI Supplement to Final Text
      • At first glance at the Supplement, it looks like the editorial work is straigt-forward to integrate the changes into CARD Vol 1 and 2
      • We agreed that the normal IHE Final Text process should be followed
      • Chris Carr reminded us that, for governance, there needs to be a sponsor for this work. RSNA does not want to be the sponsor of record in moving this Option/Supplement to Final Text.
      • Lynn reported that, though this option has been tested at Japanese Connectathons, the test cases for this option are not in Gazelle Master Model (GMM)
      • We agreed that the normal IHE Final Text process should be followed
      • TO DO (Kevin to contact Nakano-san): Seek a professional society in cardiology to sponsor the CARD domain for this official act (moving Supp from TI to FT). This professional society is potentially: https://www.j-circ.or.jp/english/
      • Once the sponsor is on-board,
        • IHE RAD Tech could set aside time at a future F2F (or tconn) for a joint RAD/CARD discussion of next steps (agreeing on ownership for tasks and ownership for approval). We expect that the sponsor would identify a person to take responsibility for doing the Final Text checklist. We also expect that someone from RAD Tech could do the editorial work to integrate the supplement and work with Mary on publication
        • Once the Final Text checklist is done, another joint RAD/CARD discussion would be scheduled to review and approve the checklist
