Ad-hoc Discussion of profile status of Deprecation vs. Retirement

Deprecation -- reserved for profiles that made it to FT -- because there is a replacement with newer/better technology -- we will no longer maintain the text -- In Vol 1, we can point back to the technical framework version that contained the documentation prior to deprecation

Retirement -- reserve for TI's that don't make it to Final Text -- In Vol, we can add text

TO DO: Lynn -- write a draft template to be added into the TF Vol 1 for profiles that are retired or deprecated, taking into consideration...

- why did we retire it - if you have an implementation, are you ok? - will RAD maintain it - is there a replacement profile - or, point to a prior document that contained the profile
