At the bottom there is a link to the "Product Entry" template. However, the link incorrectly points back to Intravenous Fluids (i.e. back to itself) instead of to http://wiki.ihe.net/index.php?title=1.3.6.1.4.1.19376.1.5.3.1.4.7.2

Also, in the example the closing tag is misspelled. "substanceAdministation" should be "substanceAdministration".
