Actor transaction table and then that actor transaction table allows you to read this diagram and what you confirm is any actor depicted in the box at the top is an actor from this profile. Every line you draw between actors you can go and say did they say this actor knows how to do this transation? yes. Made a flow thats doable based on what is specified in this profile.

Reduce the diagram to show just content creator and consumer. Recommendation discussion: Put the IHE transactions in the diagram with the horizontal lines.
