1	Introductions & Agenda Review - Chair	- The list of Basic requirements where reviewed. Document is on the FTP site. Three assumptions are made (1) Point to Point communication between ADQ requester and responder (2) ADQ responder have Consistent Time (3) Medical Devices and other Clinical Databases communicates with ADQ through an ADQ interface (needed for standalone devices)
2	Item - chair	Status/Discussion: - John Z. went over Ken’s document on EMR/Gateway query. That allows an EMR to query data from a gateway. Document is on the FTP site Decisions Actions Khalil will start a list of transactions
