- P. 133 - I am not inclined to change the example at this point. It has been a part of the TF Final Text since last year with no complaints

- There are no page numbers in the document footers
- Sec 3.4.4 - the label for Figure 3.4-1 is on the top of one page, the figure is on the bottom of the previous page
- 3. Cells in tables between lines 3435 and 3470 (sec 3.16.4.1.5 thru 3.16.4.2.4) are filled in with grey. They are not that way in the 2009-07.27 version of the document
