• When CPs are Completed the Tech Cmte needs to approve them for Final Text
• Usually we vote during a relevant meeting with quorum
• Occasionally we have sent a set out for email ballot
• Should decide/clarify what our procedure is.
• Relevance of CPs to Connectathon testing may be an important driver of timing
