Problem

During 2019 CP integration into RAD TF Vol 1 & 2, the Word documents were so large that they became virtually unusable.

- Volume 1 (single PDF) contains front material and all profile chapters (the current combined PDF is < 4MB
  - References
- Vol 1x is separate document (single PDF) that contains Vol 1 appendices
