- Cardiac Procedure Note (CPN) Supplement Update
- Nick and Chris worked on it over the weekend and sent the update to Mary on 5/8/2017. They may add a diagram of the relationship on the template from Art Decor. It may be possible to include hierarchy view of the documents associated with the CPN, including the value sets.
- Art Decor Update
- Chris spoke with Kai, and reviewed the document supplement. Kai will replicate the Vol 3 table (table 6.3.1) and he thinks it may be able to automate the build. There may be complexities regarding the internal document references, the Overview column of the table. The challenge will be to not overpopulate the navigation pane. We may be able to include only the documents we've referenced within the document. Version of templates exist within Art Decor. Kai cannot explain how these came to exist. He'll explore how to address this issue, since we don't truly use versions, just the current template in the project. This should be resolved before we go to public comments in the coming weeks. There is also the option to clone a template. Value sets that use the term No Code should be replaced with a unique IHE-specific code, e.g. IHE-CARD XXX, to act as a place holder that could be changed if needed. Kai recommended leave the status as Draft for now, as opposed to Active which lifts how far you can work on template without creating a new version. Kai woudl also like to be kept abreast of the public comments.
- Case Study Sample Update
- Charles Thomas updated the header level template, and will be reviewing it further. It should be close to completion, but could use feedback to confirm. If there have been updates to Section Level template IDs, which have been unchanged in the original document. Mary would publish the documents next week to begin the public comment period. Formatting issues, e.g. lack of indents, prevent review today.
- Annual Webinar Planning
- Paul will confer with David and Jerry to plan the date and time for the Annual Webinar date.
