    • Addressed a few of the outstanding issues.
    • Not ready for Public Comment
    • Schedule 2 additional calls and then assess
      • March 27, 10:30-12:30pm CDT
      • April 4, 11am-1pm CDT
      • Kinson will update MJ on status of FUNC; revised plan is that it will be ready for Public Comment submission in mid-April. Let group know MJ's response.
    • TS will continue working through document issues; discuss again 3/27
