  • CRC-Structural Heart: Should we skip LAAO and focus on the valve replacements stuff? The benefit of focusing this effort would allow for a draft version to be released sooner. There is no SNOMED or LOINC concept for Total Rapid Ventricular Pacing Time this is a unique kind of pacing that is distinct from standard pacing. Charles Thomas will generate a list of other terms that require codes on a spreadsheet.
  • None of the complications are defined for TAVR or any other TVT Procedures. e.g. Aortic Valve, Mitral Valve, and Mitral Clip. We need definitions for those items. These codes will eventually be generated from the NCDR. The ACC has been in touch with SNOMED to see if these could be submitted for official codes. In the meantime, there are gaps in the ACC terminology mapping for TVT. There are two data dictionaries: one for coding, as well as one for the private side available only to subscribers to the Registry. As this profile is a content profile, and not a registry submission profile, this should not slow down development of this profile.
  • Board Report: Antje and Nick, will develop a first draft for the upcoming IHE Board Report. There should not be a large amount of new content to develop as the work progression has been relatively consistent.
  • CP Ballot Discussion: This will be deferred until the following week's call due to absecence of several members.
  • This week's meeting was approximately 30 minutes in length.
