The Call for Proposals documents need to include item about proposal authors need to be current members of IHE International as of October 1.

b. Roster management process
Action: Secretariats should add a column to the roster named current membership to reflect paid members.

Action: IHE International staff will send secretariats a spreadsheet of current paid members on October 1.
