Worth mentioning to Todd and Elliot to raise visibility? Yes – Manny will contact Elliot and Todd for interest. - PCD update: Jeff McGeath will contact Nancy to request Aug 14 to present. - New member orientation: As soon as Lynn provides date, will arrange DMC/LS orientaqtion, then can set up for newcomers. 4. Standards Coordination 5. IHE International IHE Columbia – Connectathon dates changed to conflict less with US holidays. 6. Review PC Agenda: PCD PC 2014-06-18 Webex 7. Calendar - Excel Patient Care Device - After IPEC and TF update, not much left. Have 3 ACM CPs and some PIV and DEC that need to get into TF. IPEC not ready; documents not quite ready. Would device specialization help get it in next cycle? 8. Recruiting and Membership Should be OK for MEM, will be short on AC members. Manny will look for Volt contacts (they will need WCTP interface). 9. Action Items - 106- Add Monroe's and Jeff and John's 24x7 article. Commercially available article may go into BI&T. Set due date to July 8 - 108- Monroe will discuss at PCD update. Discussion at AAMI with CA list vendor that's not really not CA. Jeff will send email to Paul Sherman, who will then confirm that product is actually commercially available. (CareFusion – IPEC and PIV) set date to July 8 - 110 – Looking changes to put in, change date to July 8 - 112 - Change date to July 8 10. Meeting Dates: Define Next Meeting Dates - PC, June 18, July 16 - TC June 25, July 9 and 23 (Confirm John G's availability July 9) - Joint PC & TC July 30 11. Additional Business Replacement for Greg – candidates? Paul will check with Kurt Finke, Manny will contact Carole Davis-Smith on candidates. - Recent Biomedtalk email: "Looking for an RFP template (or an actual document) for medical device integration into hospital information system / EMR" Any ideas? Have some candidates for a document. Recruit from users and ECRI to update the document. Manny will check with Kaiser and Paul will ask VA.
