2	2012 N A Connectathon - Manny	Status/Discussion: An email was distributed on Nov. 28 in response to a question, clarifying for participants: PCD Internet/Virtual Connectathon testing of PCD profiles (and only these) are conducted between consenting vendors at a mutually agreed time. Arrangements are made directly (please make sure the contact information in the Participation Excel spreadsheet is correct). For PCD in the Showcase, testing with your anticipated communication partner(s) with anticipated parameters is required. For PCD in the Connectathon, testing is optional but strongly recommended. The email included this request: - Please o test as many of the anticipated Connectathon tests as you can, with parameters you expect to employ in the Showcase as well as in testing with multiple partners in Chicago, o test with as many partners as you have time for, but at least one, and that one preferably is one you will communicate with in the Showcase, o let Manny know which profiles and actors you successfully test, and identify your test partners, o do not include data, screen shots, etc.; no documentation is required, o let Manny know if you have trouble with a test; this may have implications for the design of the test in Gazelle, o provide - to the coordinator - whatever information the Showcase Technical Program Coordinator requests Decisions/Issues: Action(s):
