Update the QRPH timeline and domain milestone page with dates
Finalize title and acronym for Public Health Reporting Workflow
Follow up with profile authors highlighted in yellow. 1. Will this item be published in this cycle? 2. If so, they need to be prepared to present by May 2, first day of face to face meeting.
Cmt members gather gather document input from their respective organizations between May 6 and calls prior to June 6
Committee must have documents 99% completed for committee review by the end of May 6
All items must be given to Mary Jungers by 10am on June 6

Testing for the “Automated Selection Criteria for Cancer Registry reporting” profile - Wendy Blumenthal, Wendy Scharber, Lisa Nelson

WB: Move forward with English version of the trigger criteria are; get vendor input; wait for the HL7 workgroup structured docs to finish standard and then go back and augment profile with the machine readable piece of this. Publish in fall.Postpone this discussion.

Short Profile Description Pages Have profile authors develop short profile descriptions when new trial implementation supplements are published and to fill in any missing or inadequate short descriptions

Profile authors should use New Supplement Template in developing all supplements

QRPH must have Volume 3 for content profiles
PCC Final text in technical framework volume 2; CDA Supplement becomes consolidation for all document content modules not in final text; when final text they come out of supplement and live in Volume 2; Volume 3 contains content only instead of transactions like Volume 2.
Authors focus - getting the content modules subsection described in a consistent way.
Wendy Scharber will join the Documentation Work Group. Will send her Webex invitation.
Will publish technical framework when accepted as Final Text. DCC is developing Volume 0 and close to having a draft document.
Action: Discussion w/PCC leadership to confirm the organization of content modules and value set. Needs to cover 6.1 - 6.5.
Action: Proceed with assumption that content module supplement is the example of how we structure content modules for now. Authors should use as template.
