Nursing Workflow:

Purpose statements
- To understand the relationship of the nursng profiles.
- To understand the nursing workflow and its relationship to other patient care profiles or workflows.
- to understand the relationship of nursing profiles to other IHE profiles.
- to understand the nursing workflow to the nursing profiles
- to understand the nursing workflow to other IHE profiles.
Process Flow
- need to update the use cases to reflect the use of the profiles (the Pt comes into office, the MD accesses the PPOPC.... etc). See the RPE swimlanes as another example.
Review and discussion of diagrams. - still very incomplete with much more discussion needed.

Transfer/Transport

After previous discussions-
- Option 1 - create a profile for interfacility transport(create one profile out of ETC and Transport) as originally intended. Include a content module/profile
- Option 2 - Take the white board approach and focus on transfer of care

Discussion around additions needed to ETC to accomodate Transport.
- Decision made to have the transport needs be met by creating a new supplement to replace ETC. And republish it (perhaps with a new title) with ETC and Transport being two content profiles within it. Emergency Transport could be a new name. Or Transport Medicine. Plan to deprecate ETC once it has been accomodated as a content profile in the new unnamed supplement.
