Proposed Agenda
- Extend welcome to any new ACM WG members and to understand their Connectathon/Showcase aspirations
- Do we move AC->AM->AR dissemination status (PCD-05) from optional to required in support of HITSP automated testing?
- Do we expect to have any AA actor implementations for this cycle? If so do we move the AM<->AA interactions for the AM actor from optional to required in support of HITSP automated testing?
- Thoughts on adding a device focused use case to ACM for MEM (no patient, no location), to include RTLS data, and to possibly use EUI-64 for PID
- ACM is likely to be the WCM profile feasibility vehicle, cardiac static waveforms only, no streaming, waiting for WCM to confirm protocol, likely HL7 v2.x
- ACM update to HL7 v2.6 to accommodate body part for use with WCM
- What to use as the open AM-AR protocol, suggestions are…
- WCTP (XML based, mult. imp. Win32/Linux, mult. service prov., documented by Paging Technical Committee (PTC) consort., C++ src avail.)
- HITSP IS-04 (XML based, view seems to be from outside hospital looking in, would it require enhancement for our requirement for hospital caregiver notification)
- SNPP (RFC 1861-1995 enhanced for two-way, mult. imp., some remaining service prov., on decline due to sec. issues and not being web/XML based)
