CP Voting/Balloting Process (Need to settle timing for this cycle)
- When CPs are Completed the Tech Cmte needs to approve them for Final Text
- Usually we vote during a relevant meeting with quorum
- Occasionally we have sent a set out for email ballot
- Should decide/clarify what our procedure is.
- Relevance of CPs to Connectathon testing may be an important driver of timing
