• potential open issue around use of effective high and low, may need a way to record additional "optimal" time
• potential open issue around how to represent a history of immunizations as "valid"??
• discussion around structuring and use of transactions

ERPCR

• there is a similiar specification - ASTM 1744 - that was created some 10 years ago and it also points to DEEDS

CND

• Marcia working on volume 2 sections and data elements in spreadsheet and to send to Keith when finished
• Keith to have volume 2 ready for face to face
