Contract between IHE Europe/ IHE International and GASQ

  • Discussion about Contract
    • Aaron: I've reviewed the contract. It has IHE Europe, and the agreement is to have IHE Internationa instead in the future. There are some details that need to be addressed, for example exclusivity of storing data about the exams, and pricing of the exams. I'm also in a meeting of the board operations committee soon. Werner, we can get together and prepare this offline. I marked the sections in the document. We can go through that.
    • Werner: Great. Please do contact me if you need anything.
    • Stefan: This committe is there to take care of the content. We can not really discuss pricing. Werner and Aaron, can you please discuss this in the context of the contract? Mathias Forjan may have thoughts on that as well.
    • Werner, Aaron: Agree. We will discuss these things together offline.
  • Discussion about cooperations:
    • Discussion: The groups discussed possible further cooperations e.g with HL7, openEHR and LOINC. They all run education schemes as well.
    • Aaron: The IHE USA Connectathon in October 2026 takes place at George Mason University. They prepare an education track.
    • It will be great to cooperate. However we first need to update the Fondations Exam Syllabus and settle the contract before we can engage in external cooperations.

Status Syllabus and Schema

  • In the IHE Education Committee call on 12th March 2026 we decided to address the comments from the second public review of the Syllabus and the Schema until this call 7th May July 2026. We planned to discuss the applied changes and to vote on the document in this call on the 7th July 2026.

Next call

  • We had issues with periodic meeting invites. The committee however does not meet periodically. We plan meetings as calendards allow. In the meeting calendar some of the periodic meetings still remain. These must be deleted - Todo Stefan with Hagan.
  • The next calls will be announced for September 2026.
