3	Standards Coordination	Status/Discussion: NIST has decided to discontinue the Health IT Program The Information Technology Laboratory at NIST is reorganizing, and it takes effect on April 5th, marking the end of the NIST Health IT Group. The plan is to transfer technology as much as we can to industry or other government agencies. 4	Domain Coordination Committee (DCC) Meeting	Status/Discussion: 2026 Devices Board Report due to DCC in Sept. initial draft based on 2025 report for comment Publication planning for Devices: TF v1-3 updates in Q3, PCMC TI published in Q3, SDPi updates in Q3 maybe another in Q4
4	Marketing and Recruitment	Status/Discussion:: -The IHE Marketing and Communications Committee has been meeting regularly and working to revamp the IHE Newsletter, one area of focus has been to highlight important milestones within IHE Domains. -Domain co-chairs will be asked to provide specific text to the MarComm Committee about domain milestones.
5	Ballots	Status/Discussion:: Balot_2026_3 All CPs were approved and are being integrated into the Technical Framework. Rev 11 will be ready to publish in the next couple weeks.
6	Action Item Review	Status/Discussion:: - Complete DEV Domain Action Items GitHub publishing coordination across Work Programs/Groups - common user guides/tools/templates etc. Next meeting scheduled for Sept. 1 @10am Eastern
7	PCD Report-Out

9	DPI Report-Out	- Version 2.5.0 is released in GitHub and is currently in an HL7 ballot. Furthermore, the Gemini standalone standard is part of the current ballot and will be merged into the master branch for the 2.6 release, which is planned for the end of September
10	Other Business	Status/Discussion: The proposed dates for the Fall F2F are: 1. September 15-17, 2026 located in the IEEE Washington DC office DEV_Domain_F2F_Sep_2026_IEEE_DC Those dates were chosen to consider the "proximity" of the HL7 FHIR Connectathon (Sep 19-20) and WGMs (Sep 21-25) in Rockville, MD, USA reorganized the Fall face-to-face meeting agenda to prioritize Wednesday for PCD, PIM, and PUMP sessions to minimize scheduling conflicts NA Connectathon 2026 Oct. 12-16 in Arlington VA.
