3	Standards Coordination	Status/Discussion: NIST has decided to discontinue the Health IT Program The Information Technology Laboratory at NIST is reorganizing, and it takes effect on April 5th, marking the end of the NIST Health IT Group. The plan is to transfer technology as much as we can to industry or other government agencies.

4	Marketing and Recruitment	Status/Discussion:: -The IHE Marketing and Communications Committee has been meeting regularly and working to revamp the IHE Newsletter, one area of focus has been to highlight important milestones within IHE Domains. -Domain co-chairs will be asked to provide specific text to the MarComm Committee about domain milestones.
5	Ballots	Status/Discussion:: Planning ballot prior to F2F for CPs from PCD (PCIM, PUMP, ACM) plus MEM Final text.

10	Other Business	Status/Discussion: EU Connectathon over 1,000 attendees, including about 250 at the Connectathon and 125 at the Plugathon and another bunch of people at the Projectathon. They also have a 1 1/2 day "Experience Days" conference which has attracted most of the rest of the attendees. ::Also a Caliper Plugathon session ::In general the big overarching topic is the European Health Data Space (EHDS). GitHub publishing coordination across Work Programs/Groups - common user guides/tools/templates etc. Next meeting scheduled for Apr 8 @10am Eastern BD offered to host spring F2F in San Diego in April. DEV_Domain_F2F_Apr_2026_SanDiego Planning week of April 27 to avoid Easter breaks and US Tax day. Day 1 Pump/PCD Work Program, Day 2 DEV Domain/PCIM Please RSVP for the April 2026 Devices F2F meeting whether you’re attending in-person OR virtually – by completing this form by EOD on Friday, April 17th! The proposed dates for the Fall F2F are: 1. September 15-17, 2026 located in the IEEE Washington DC office DEV_Domain_F2F_Sep_2026_IEEE_DC Those dates were chosen to consider the "proximity" of the HL7 FHIR Connectathon (Sep 19-20) and WGMs (Sep 21-25) in Rockville, MD, USA Connectathon planned for Oct. 12-15 in Arlington VA.
