3	Standards Coordination	Status/Discussion: No IEEE updates ACM and FHIR alerting increased synergy to retrospectively map and ACM alert through FHIR alerting
4	Domain Coordination Committee (DCC) Meeting	Status/Discussion: This month was mostly monthly reports from other domains
4	Marketing and Recruitment	Status/Discussion:: -The IHE Marketing and Communications Committee has been meeting regularly and working to revamp the IHE Newsletter, one area of focus has been to highlight important milestones within IHE Domains. -Domain co-chairs will be asked to provide specific text to the MarComm Committee about domain milestones. HIMSS 2026 :Aaron will be attending HIMSS Epic, BD, B. Braun and Phillips will be participating in demonstrations, including a PCIM demo and SDPI demonstrations in various company booths
5	Ballots	Status/Discussion:: Planning ballot for CPs from PCD (PCIM, PUMP, ACM) also MEMLS and MEMDMC to Final Text and advancing PCMC to formal Trial Implementation.
6	Action Item Review	Status/Discussion:: - Complete DEV Domain Action Items
7	PCD Report-Out	MEM profiles ready for final text? Final text Process PCMC ready for release 1.0 ACM and PCIM CPs ready for ballot, PCIM will need updates to tests for Connectathon in Oct. PCD-03 CPs not yet complete.
8	PCH Report-Out	Still in hibernation mode, planning a meeting in early march. Would like to do an update to POU but need resources to work on it.
9	DPI Report-Out	Plugathon track at IHE EU Connectathon in Brussels Reporting and maybe Alerting, planning an update to SDPI 2.4 by early March
10	Other Business	Status/Discussion: GitHub publishing coordination across Work Programs/Groups - common user guides/tools/templates etc. Next meeting scheduled for Mar 4 @10am Eastern BD offered to host spring F2F in San Diego in April. DEV_Domain_F2F_Apr_2026_SanDiego Planning week of April 27 to avoid Easter breaks and US Tax day, may only be 2 days. Day 1 Pump/PCIM, Day 2 PCD/DEV The planned dates for the Fall F2F are: September 15-17, 2026 at the IEEE Washington DC office DEV_Domain_F2F_Sep_2026_IEEE_DC Those dates were chosen to consider the "proximity" of the HL7 FHIR Connectathon (Sep 19-20) and WGMs (Sep 21-25) in Rockville, MD, USA The meeting page has more detailed information, including the venue's full address and an (early) IEEE WG agenda showing which groups meet when.
