  • Describe gaps in Use Case coverage
  • Some expansions of both use case during discussion, but look pretty good.
  • Review ALL "uncertainty points" in the evaluation. Is there a resolution plan for each?
  • Yes. Noted as (UP) in the review document. Covered each.
  • Do the effort points in the evaluation still seem right?
  • Mostly. Given the broad scope of finding encoding, still possibility for tough issues to emerge.
  • Did the Breakdown of Tasks accurately reflect the work? What extra tasks arose?
  • Need to rebuild the EU-IHE Comparison Spreadsheet details.
  • Describe unresolved technical issues/tasks
  • Lots of “examples->coding” work to do before PC-Prep
  • Describe potential practical issues
  • Assuming that the patterns of grouping individual observations will scale up successfully for an entire complex findings section
  • Review the open issue list. Does it feel complete
  • GAP – do not have a formal Open Issue list yet. Will have it for PC-Prep
  • Which open issues feel most risky; what other risks exist?
  • General wide breadth of scope. It will get exercised to the extent of the examples, but tricky details will lurk. Probably just depends on iterative evolution.
