• Ongoing ToDo: Henschelchen to provide a draft license agreement for the exam questions. Sauermann / Urbauer to follow up with him
  • No progress.

• A template for a flyer was developed in June 2023.
  • The attendants agree that the flyer is ready to be used.
  • Ongoing ToDo: Contact local organisers to organise and promote onsite exams.
  • Ongoing ToDo: Sauermann/ Urbauer applied for access to the IHE Education Committee Google drive.
    • Sauermann now has write access - Thanks to Chris Carr!

Future onsite exams

• IHE Europe Connectathon Rennes, September 2023
  • Werner Henschelchen is in contact with organisers.
    • An exam will take place in Rennes.
  • Ongoing ToDo: Sauermann / Urbauer will follow up with Werner Henschelchen on IHE CPP exam at CAT Rennes 2023
    • At the moment Sauermann / Urbauer do not have information where the exam takes place, how to register etc. Without this communication activities can not start.

• IHE Days
  • Austria: ToDo Done Sauermann and Urbauer have contacted IHE Austria
    • An exam will take place on 8th November 2023, 4pm Vienna time, immediately after the IHE Day in Vienna.
    • The exam will be provided by GASQ at UAS Technikum Wien
    • Marketing material was developed and provided to IHE Austria, to include in their communication.
    • Once IHE Austria sends out the information, GASQ and UAS Technikum Wien will send out further messages, referring to it
  • Czech republic: Ongoing ToDo Jan Muzik to contact IHE Czech Republic, and the Ministry of Health on IHE CPP exam at klasifikon conference
    • They run a conference on classification systems in healthcare. This seems the most likely opportunity.

  • IHE Deployment Committee: Ongoing ToDo Sauermann / Urbauer to contact Jamie Dulkovski, to aproach (maybe get a slot in) the IHE Deployment Committee to get additional contacts to aorganisers of local events worldwide, so that we provide additional on site exams.
