TAVR Procedure Description Discussion
- Two items have been uploaded to the FTP site: CRC Profile Updated for Structural heart Additions v2.72 and TAVR Results Section Example.xml.
- Cordae Rupture could not be found in SNOMED. Any recommendations for other terminologies would be appreciated.
- Adverse Events- We might be able to imply something similar to the ACC terminology which cannot be used due to contractual limitations. We need to come to a decision about what to do in this specific case.
- Procedure Results- Charles Thomas replicated much of the structure from the CRC XML. He will review the Complications section for Procedure Results. There are two sections fo robservations: pre and post, from the CRC Reuslts Observation Table with added measurments. There are some formatting questions e.g. setting up a table with carriage returns, which could be cleaned up in subsequent editorial cycles. There may need to be some HTML formatting that could provide direction. The organizer is grouped by the time the observations were taken/created. Similar to the work that was done with EPRC and to the way clinicians reference the data. If someone well-versed in XML coudl review the items placed on the FTP site and get back to Charlesm it owuld be appreciated. This could also be discussed on a separate call.
