  • Roster Maintenance
    • Showed [Full list of Organizations https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1zP_Mm8NWyc0w_QOc0YVBq-b5Cd775rN5gmN_HKxdAg4/edit?usp=sharing] and explained that grayed out organizations/any organization with a Y in column A is a paid member
    • Showed the Radiology roster as an example of how to indicate paid members on rosters (Added "Status" column and indicated A for active)
    • Welcomed suggestions for other methods of maintenance - none shared at this time
  • Ways to ensure organization compliance
    • There is a concern for domain collapse if there are not enough active/paid members to continue participation
    • Crystal (RO domain) stated that the co-chairs are developing a letter to submit to the Board addressing their concerns - will send to Jamie to add to Board agenda
    • Meeting/Tcon Webex registration
      • Need to address ways to patrol teleconferences to paid members only and how to manage Observers
      • Suggested documenting Observer's name and organization in minutes and also on rosters
      • Suggested encouraging Observers to become an active IHE member if frequency of attendance is excessive
    • Observer Status Form
  • Need to update Domain Wiki pages with updated membership requirements
