**Voting rights can be restored by participating in 2 consecutive teleconferences/meetings or ballots. For example, if your organization is currently ineligible to vote, your vote during the current Co-Chair ballot will not count towards the actual election, but will count as an attendance towards restoring voting rights. | |||
