• Review consolidated Public Comments
  • Action: Nichole will create another document for editing by authors

• Talk through next steps for primary editors / authors
  • Action: Editors/authors will review the consolidated list and find and group duplicates
  • Action: Editors/authors will categorize into easy/medium/hard and email total number of medium and high for each profile to Amit and Gokce no later than July 17.
    • Typos / easy ones that don’t change meaning can be shared with committee together
    • At f2f, make sure to close out all open comments

• Review Face-to-Face Meeting Agenda
  • Meeting Goal: Address all Public Comment issues, create final documents and vote to approve and send to technical co-chairs for final review on 7/24.
    • Timeline
      • 7/17-18: Editors send total number of high and medium PC issues to Amit and Gokce
      • 7/21-24: Wrap up docs and vote to approve for Trial Implementation
      • 7/31: Docs not finalized at f2f mtg due to Amit and Gokce
      • 8/1-8/4: Amit and Gokce review final docs
      • 8/4: Amit and Gocke forward final docs to Mary Jungers for publication prior to opening Connectathon registration (August 25)

    • Action: Submit nominations by July 15

• 2014 - 2016 Nomination and Election Schedule Overview:
  • Call for Nominations: Tuesday, July 1 - Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at 11:59 p.m. CDT
  • Elections: Election ballots will be provided via online survey and will be accepted Wednesday, July 16 – Wednesday, July 30 at 11:59 p.m. CDT.
  • Election Results: Election results will be announced Thursday, July 31, 2014.
  • Election term runs: September 1, 2014 - August 31, 2016
    • NOTE: We request that all potential candidates send a current biography to be distributed with the official election ballot.
