:- RTM – RTM call cancelled.  Focussing on the infusion pump section.  This is the last step before  starting the IEEE P11073-10101a balloting process.  It finalizes all the REFIDs, numeric code assignments, definitions and systematic names for the terminology IHE PCD RTM and RTMMS developed over the past half-decade.  It also includes new IEEE 11073 PHD SCADA and PCD/WAN/PHD timekeeping and time synchronization terms.
