As the secretariat for a Domain, Sponsors appoint liaisons to the Planning and Technical Committees of the Domain they sponsor. The liaisons are responsible for the tasks below.
The Domain Sponsor shall appoint a Secretary to support the operation of the Domain
Committees. The Domain Committee Secretary is responsible for:
1. Organizing and hosting domain planning and technical committees composed of volunteer domain experts and IHE Member representatives.
2. Coordinating with the IHE International Sponsors and Domain Coordination Committee to publish the work of their domain committees under IHE International Copyright;
3. Providing information for publication about their membership, plans, process and work product (e.g., via www.ihe.net).
