Reviewed all proposals and settled on 5 proposals that were ranked and voted on (not an official committee vote - just for weighting purposes)
The Proposal Evaluation document below was completed and the attendees who voted (again, not an official committee vote) are listed in the document.

Voting:
- Need to document voting rights on the wiki for PCC Tech for cross domain work between PCC and QRPH
- Refer to IHE Governance Document
- This is in interest of expected PCC/QRPH cross domain work for the upcoming cycle
