• The three workgroups met at the request of PCC Tech to discuss the use of XDW in workflow profiles for confirmation of current use and direction.
• Vincent Van Pelt presented current use of XDW in Tumor Board Review Profile as example.

• • Workflow Definition General Profile Template Discussion
• Main Messages of previous hour discussion..
• Actors can be represented with the currently defined creator, updater, consumer concepts. It is recognized one actor in a workflow definition profile may have a creator, updater, consumer contained within.
• It is recognized most of a workflow definition is contained in Volume 1 and some of Volume 3. Probably very little use of Volume 2 for a workflow definition.
• Need to add new actors table that explains the inheritance of creator, updater, consumer
• XDS meta data attributes used in XDW Profiles that are contained in Volume 3 need to be evaluated. These will likely be specified in Volume 3 and be constrained and may have value sets provided.
• Need to add a section to the document for workflow profiles that describes metadata
• A change proposal will need to be created for XDW to fix some issues and accommodate needs of the workflow definition profiles. Keith will submit the change request to ITI.

• • To Do List for Tumor Board Review workgroup
• Team will call in on Thursday during conference call planning to get on call schedule.
• Team encouraged to keep localization/internationalization in mind while writing
• Team will keep in close contact with Luca, Arianna & Valentina, authors of other workflow definition profiles in flight, for document format, organization and content.
• PCC Tech will look at creating a template for workflow definition templates once these three are concluded using the learned experience from current workflows in flight.

• • Review of Change Proposals
• No new change proposals received for review
• all open change proposals reviewed for progress.
• 107 needs more information of what the solution needs to be. Laura to send back to submitter for clarification
• 105 rejected. Needs to be broken into separate proposals directed at the workgroup of interest. Top part of table should be directed to QRPH. Bottom 4 items on table will be spit into 4 different change proposals for future review and assignment by PCC Tech.
• 100 - need to have conference call with PCC Tech and Mary Jungers to clarify.

• • Request for Clinical Knowledge
• Review, discussion and refinement of vocabulary proposed for profile.
