- Actors can be represented with the currently defined creator, updater, consumer concepts. It is recognized one actor in a workflow definition profile may have a creator, updater, consumer contained within.
- It is recognized most of a workflow definition is contained in Volume 1 and some of Volume 3. Probably very little use of Volume 2 for a workflow definition.
- Need to add new actors table that explains the inheritance of creator, updater, consumer
