get's TF admin (CPs) out of the way first
5 hours of discussion time for each profile
profiles intertwined, which means context switching but also keeps ALL people engaged ALL the time !, and allows for cross-fertilization and alignment among profiles
each profile is dealt-with in multiple sessions - this allows authors to edit/research in evenings
