* 5 hours of discussion time for each profile
* profiles intertwined, which means context switching but also keeps ALL  people engaged ALL the time !,  and allows for cross-fertilization and alignment among profiles
* each profile is dealt-with in multiple sessions - this allows authors to edit/research in evenings
