Doing a utilizaton review of data elements from current paper nursing summary/reports in place at various sites. Plan to use a survey tool to ask nurses (at HIMSS and elsewhere) to give input on content needed for nursing e-summary. Goal to reach 500 nurses with 3-4 questions to help build the data elements for the use cases. | |||
