Vol 2a	Lynn	Reviewed	There are no page numbers in the document footers Sec 3.4.4 - the label for Figure 3.4-1 is on the top of one page, the figure is on the bottom of the previous page 3. Cells in tables between lines 3435 and 3470 (sec 3.16.4.1.5 thru 3.16.4.2.4) are filled in with grey. They are not that way in the 2009-07.27 version of the document
