1. Patent Disclosure Policy, Procedures and Materials

• Chris Carr presented materials related to the process for announcing the patent disclosure policy at committee meetings and gathering and posting disclosures
• Process requires action by committee co-chairs and committee secretaries
• Materials are linked to Patent Disclosure Process Wiki page
• Chris Carr will complete and distribute package of disclosure materials for review by sponsors, as well as IHE Board

2. Recruitment of Committee Participants for Upcoming Development Cycle

• The time for starting the next cycle of profile developments is coming in most domains
• Radiology domain, which will issue call for new profile proposals in August, is creating package of materials to recruit committee members
• Chris Carr will distribute for review and comment

3. Marketing and Communications Committee

• Lisa Spellman and Celina Roth reviewed mission and regular process of MarComm Committee; invited sponsor organizations to contribute participants
• Chris Carr pointed out that marketing personnel from participating companies are key recruiting targets for this activity
