General

• Use the ftp however you need to (create folders, upload documents, etc.)
• When uploading documents it is recommended you change the name of your document for each upload. You can do this by appending the date in the file name. This prevents overwriting of others work.

Detailed Scores White Paper

• Frank is to have something to send out to the group in two weeks. He is attending HL7 meetings next week and will likely not be on the call then
• This white paper is to align with work going on in current HL7 WG around detailed scores

Coded Nursing Documentation

• Nursing subcommittee is to discuss this profile as it is relevant to their group, however profile work should be shared at the PCC committee level so all PCC members can review.
• Action Items:

1. Get first version of Volume I posted to the ftp (or sent to the group) before the next Thursday Nursing SubCommittee call - if this this work is not complete by that meeting then the focus of the meeting should be to complete that work

OB Labor and Delivery Record

• Reviewed the use cases - keep use cases in scope for this year, may not include the capture of data in settings outside of the inpatient setting. (i.e. no post partum discharge summary use case in this document)
• Jean Millar et al making progress on spreadsheets for volume 2 work. Ana Estelrich to work separately on spreadsheet for data elements from different groups
• Action Items:

1. Setup ftp folders as needed to hold spreadsheets - Ana and Jean to work separately and consolidate spreadsheets later
2. Ana et al to review APR volume 1 and see what else needs to be added to LDP (Glossary is one section)
