Coded Nursing Documentation

• We reviewed the profile abstract Virginia sent to the group and discussed the difference between the abstract and the overview sections
• Refer to last year's profiles for examples on the ftp site here: ftp://ftp.ihe.net/Patient_Care_Coordination/yr4_2008-2009/Published_Supplements_for_Trial_Implementation/

Action Items:

1. separate abstract and overview material in the document we reviewed and merge into profile template - Virginia, LuAnn
2. Compose list of data captured at each transfer of care - see minutes from [PCCTech_Minutes_2008_12_12 12/12tconn], Marcia

OB Labor and Delivery Record

• Ana posted the relevant French forms to wiki and is in the process of having them translated
• Jean Millar and Mike Jolley working on comprehensive spreadsheet for analysis of data elements on several relevant forms and datasets
  • discussion around including clinical relevancy/scope and consumer columns on this spreadsheet - this will also help in future work in differentiating physician from nursing workflows in this space
• Jean Millar (and possibly others - Dr. Oshiro?) to help Ana with development of abstract and use cases
• Mike McCoy to help with Gap analysis of translated french forms and the other US based forms

1. Ana to complete Abstract and use case(s) and send to group before next call
