We have created a "Project" on Eric Poiseau's defect tracking site for recording and tracking progress on addressing process, consistency and documentation issues raised in this committee.
It makes sense to open a "Task" on this site when an issue will require discussion and work tasks that spread across more than two Domain Coordination Teleconferences or Meetings. When an item can be addressed in one or two meeting/teleconference discussions, it can be safely be added to the Upcoming Meeting Agenda Items Page and removed when completed.
We also created a sample Wiki page with a proposed set of information to record about each project. In the defect tracking site, most of this information would go in the Description field.
