We have created a "Project" on Eric Poiseau's defect tracking site for recording and tracking progress on addressing process, consistency and documentation issues raised in this committee.
It makes sense to open a "Task" on this site when an issue will require discussion and work tasks that spread across more than two Domain Coordination Teleconferences or Meetings.
We also created a [[sample Wiki page with a proposed set of information to record about each project. In the defect tracking site, most of this information would go in the Description field.
