IHE World Summit 2020 Concept Planning
- Concept planning of IHE World Summit for IHE EU Steering Committee Approval, which serves both the interests of IHE International and IHE Europe
- Thoughts shall be directed to:
- The length (1-day, 2-days)
- Combined event (one price for all) or separated
- Naming (e.g. “IHE World Summit” only, “IHE World Summit / IHE Symposium”, …)
- Planning work
- Google doc has been created for the details around the event (planning, schedule etc.)
- Naming
- Decision: IHE World Summit (bigger font) featuring IHE Europe Symposium
- This reflects best the setting, and preserves IHE-EUs brand "Symposium"
- Length of event
- Decision: one 2-day event combining both topics
- Program
- Decision: Mixed Intl/EU program throughout the whole event
- this was deemed better than a first day INTL / second day EU scheme
