Report on e-HealthWeek program planning

  • Loida confirmed that there has not been any additional program planning call, since the one in December.
  • Program still under development by MoH Netherlands and EC.

WS Program planning - current status

  • Todo for today: Final approval of program for publishing
  • Social event
  • Discussion of options and decision
  • IHE-NL will investigate the options:
  • Option 1: Boat trip only: Big boat required
  • Option 2: Split experience (boat for sightseeing, dinner somewhere else): Small boat might be better, because better sightseeing experience
  • Further discussion at HIMSS
  • FINAL PROGRAM V1


WS Marketing

  • Synchronizing and Todos
  • IHE-EU marketing activities planned:
  • Will issue a message in News Pulse at March 1 and April 1
  • Flyer about WS shall be distributed at CAT-EU
  • Need content!
  • Marketing text must be created and sent at Friday
  • Action item: Jürgen creates a message based on the save-the-date message (Jürgen)
