- A:Yes, this could be more work, but one complete example is standard with highlights of critical concepts.

- A:Yes, it could be helpful having the critical elements most represented and they should be included.
- Q:Should we include ICD-10 codes for industry partners?
- A:No, the application of codes may vary between clinical sites.
